Bengaluru's beloved Brik Oven sourdough bread is handcrafted using a slow natural fermentation process with natural sourdough cultures. This creates a unique tanginess (and hence the name 'Sour'dough). It also has a depth of flavour you won't find in ordinary bread.
Made very light and airy from inside, crusty and crisp from outside. It's much much gut friendly than regular white breads as it is fermented and hence easy to digest.
