Known as Ribbon Murukku, this south indian festive favourite snack is made from a dough thats a combination of rice flour and gram flour. It is a savoury snack that is thin and delicate in structure and shape. The overall flavour is enhanced by the asafoetida and cumin seeds, giving it a tangy and savoury flavour. The Millet Ribbon Pakoda is the other variation of the traditional Ribbon Pakoda.
