Ingredients required for Litti Chokha

  3. 3 potatoes

  9. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  10. 1/4th cup ghee
  11. 1 tsp ajwain
  12. 1/2 tsp salt
  13. 1 cup sattu

    To prepare the delicious Litti Chokha, first, roast the brinjal and tomato on the gas stove by keeping them on a stand and frequently flipping them so that they are properly cooked.

    Peel off the boiled potato, brinjal, and tomato and mash them together. This becomes the base of Chokha.

    Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, minced garlic, and salt to taste, along with a few drops of mustard oil and mix well.

    Preparation and cooking time for the Chokha is about 15-20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, for Litti dough preparation, take a mixture of wheat flour, ajwain, salt, oil-ghee, butter, or refined oil.
