You can cancel your order from the track screen in your Swiggy app. If you cancel the order before 2 hours of the train arrival time, then 100% of the order value will be refunded to you. In case the order is not cancelled before 2 hours of train arrival time, 100% of the order value will be charged as cancellation fee.
When you order food on the train via Swiggy, and if your train is cancelled for any reason, we will cancel your order. The refund of the order will be initiated towards the same mode of payment that the customer used while placing the order.
